The Agency for Digital Development, "ADN" in acronym, created by presidential ordinance n ° 22/144 of August 29, 2022, is a structure for supporting and monitoring the materialization of the sectoral vision of the President of the Republic. translated into the National Digital Plan – Horizon 2025.

It participates in the design, programming, and implementation of the main orientations of the global reform strategies relating to the promotion, development and generalization of digital activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Finally, it is responsible for driving and supporting the materialization of digital transformation in order to boost inclusion while reducing the digital divide.
