The Andhra Pradesh Road Development Corporation was established on 02.01.1998 through the Act No. 1 of 1998 for development and maintenance of Roads in the State of Andhra Pradesh and matters connected there with or incidental there to. 

Functions of the Corporation

To develop, maintain and manage the roads and any stretches thereof vested in or entrusted to it by the Government Corporation shall be bound to follow and act upon the general or special directions of the Government.
