Burundian Agency for Public Interest (l’Agence Burundaise pour la realisation des travaux d’Interet Public) (ABUTIP)

The ABUTIP Asbl is a non-profit association having born April 18, 2003, after a Constituent General Assembly of its founding members . The Association thus created has been endowed with the statutes of a non-profit organization whose legal personality was obtained on June 27, 2003 by Ministerial Order No. 897 carrying its approval. By its statutes, its mode of intervention is done within the framework of the delegated project management as an agency of execution of a project and as MOD of a part of project. The Association has more than ten years of experience in delegation to the project management. Its mission is to execute and manage projects including works, public utility supplies, and consulting services in the field of economic and social development projects, on behalf of the Government and local communities; in accordance with a defined program, a budgeted cost and within prescribed deadlines. For the supervision of the contracts of companies and consulting firms, the ABUTIP has a qualified and experienced technical team, and has a 4 × 4 vehicles cart. It also has a qualified and experienced fiduciary team using appropriate accounting software (TOMPRO); all being managed by an equally qualified and experienced management. Bringing together these different human and material skills required to be entrusted with MOD or project management missions, ABUTIP is now armed to offer its services in the best conditions, and to answer all calls for competition concerning the MOD of the infrastructures. public buildings sector.
