They as Caritas help people in need with donations and their diverse services - regardless of religion, ideology or origin: from mobile and inpatient care offers to services for people with disabilities to social work with children, adolescents, adults or refugees. Did you know, for example, that as Caritas they run a training center that trains specialists in the areas of family, elderly and disability work? Or that in the framework of an AMS project they are trying to give older workers over 45 a permanent job? They also have a socio-political mandate: They identify the causes of hardship, make proposals for improvement and work on concrete changes.
