Outreach services is support for people in their own homes.
This service is available for women and men in the community who are able to remain in their own homes, but need information and support.
They offer resettlement, aftercare and support for women leaving the refuge – a particularly vulnerable time.
They help women settle into new homes and support them in rebuilding their lives.
They can provide emotional and practical support as well as information on issues such as benefits, legal, housing and children’s issues.
