The regional CCI supervises and supports the activities of the 13 CCIs of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes:
- accompany and represent the 370,000 businesses in the region's commerce, industry and services
- contribute to the economic development and regional development of the region

The 13 CCIs of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes are: Ain / Allier / Ardèche / Beaujolais / Cantal / Drôme / Grenoble / Haute-Loire / Haute-Savoie / Lyon Métropole Saint-Etienne-Roanne / Nord Isère / Puy de Dôme / Savoy .
