Company-Community Partnerships for Health in Indonesia (CCPHI)

CCPHI is a non profit organization which promotes and facilitates partnerships among companies, NGOs, and local governments for healthy and sustainable communities. CCPHI team and board members have extensive experience working with organizations in all sectors on a range of development challenges including health, education, diversity, gender equality, and community development. Their experience includes training, research, network and partnership building, policy making and advising policy makers, and grassroots advocacy. Building Trust To build trust, they have facilitated the members-only Partnership Forum . The Partnership Forum offers companies and other organizations opportunities to network and build relationships as they learn from each other about how to partner and build skills for effective partnering.  Partnership Forum provides an atmosphere that fosters mutual respect encouraged by the Partnership Forum Guidelines organizations must sign to become members. Building Skill Working with companies and NGOs in Indonesia, CCPHI have developed several tools to help organizations improve partnership skills.  They include: Finding the Right Partner -  a matrix of characteristics companies and NGOs look for in identifying and selecting partners. Defining Successful Partnerships - an illustration of how companies and NGOs distinguish partnerships from other relationships, and perceive the attributes of successful partnerships. Communicating for Successful Partnerships - a description of target audiences to consider in developing communication strategies for successful partnerships. Facilitating Partnerships - guidelines on how to facilitate partnerships based on their experience creating Company-Community Partnerships for Health in Indonesia (CCPHI). Building Knowledge CCPHI helps organizations learn from their peers about how to partner.
