Concern India Foundation
Set up in 1991, Concern India Foundation, a registered non-profit, public charitable trust extends financial and non-financial support to grassroot NGOs working in the areas of education, health and community development.
Concern India Foundation works towards ‘helping people help themselves’, by making the disadvantaged self-reliant and enabling them to lead a life of dignity.
In the last 25 years they have strengthened and supported over 1000 NGO partners across the country. Currently, they support over 360 grassroots NGOs across India reaching out to 1,34,261 marginalised people directly through the offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune
The all-embracing approach ensures that through the programmes they support, they reach out to diverse target groups that include children, women,men, elderly, the disabled, and rural communties from the marginalised sections of the society . The capacity building strengths in institution building, management support, monitoring and evaluation make the projects scalable and sustainable.
The experienced team uses its expertise to access a network of credible NGOs with an excellent ecosystem to deliver specific solutions. They strengthen organisations by helping them grow, supporting them by developing technical, administrative and financial systems.
