Artesanías de Chile is a private, non-profit entity that has been working for 20 years (July 12, 2002) to value existing crafts throughout the national territory. Our main objective is to promote, formulate and implement initiatives that contribute in a pertinent and significant way to the national craft sector, considering its cultural, social and economic dimension, with a focus on cultural rights.

They promote research, dissemination and knowledge of national crafts, their practices and cultivators. They promote sustainable craft activity, focusing on the well-being of artisans, as well as their communities and ecosystems.

They are motivated to establish new spaces for the promotion of crafts in various regions of the country. They are motivated to implement actions that promote an optimal organizational climate for workers within the foundation. They work with a large and diverse human team deeply committed to the reality of artisans in the country.

They have an online store and seven physical stores, five of them in Santiago, one in Pucón and one in Puerto Varas, where it is possible to purchase works by artisans from all over the country.
