Energy Eye, Inc. has been in the business of developing occupancy based HVAC and building energy management controls for hotel buildings since 2001. Their products have also been used in offices and multi-family dwellings to reduce energy consumption. In 2009 Energy Eye became a part of the France based Somfy Group, the world leader in motorized automation of windows, gates and shades for over 40 years.
