They will measure innovations by mapping existing processes and monitoring change – positive or negative in terms of cost and or time of delivery.
Integrity: Theywill conduct their business dealings both internally and with external stakeholders with honesty, trustworthiness and reliability. They will conduct periodic surveys of their farmer clients and their development stakeholders to assess how trusted they are.
Responsibility: They will act correctly and in consideration of others at all times and will hold each other accountable in delivery of their mandate.
