Fonds Interprofessionnel pour la Recherche et le Conseil Agricoles (FIRCA) or Interprofessional Fund for Agricultural Research and Advisory Services (FIRCA) is an organization established in December 2002.

FIRCA is responsible for funding programs in the areas of crop, forestry and animal production including:
- Agricultural and forestry research
- Conducting experimentations and demonstrations for the transmission of knowledge between research and exploitation
- Technological research for improved agricultural and processed products
- Knowledge dissemination through information, demonstration, training, technical and economic advisory services
- Conducting research, experimentation and assessment/expertise
- Supporting the sustained improvement of the economic viability of farms
- Strengthening the capacity of Professional Agricultural Organizations (PAO)
- Vocational training of producers, managers of PAO and their staff. 

Services
FIRCA is a organization dedicated to the financing of agricultural service delivery programs in all areas of crop, animal and forestry production.

The relevant agricultural services include: Applied research, Extension, i.e., information, animation, technical and management advisory services for the agricultural holdings and farms, Strengthening the capacity of producers and their related professional agricultural organizations.

These areas of action for FIRCA represent what is referred to as the “Progress Chain" or “Filière du Progrès” in French. Their linkage is a source of increased production, improved farm productivity and increased producer’s incomes.

The program funding covers all the primary sector: Crop production, Animal and fishery production, Forestry productions and Cross-cutting issues related to the different outputs (primary processing, rural land, rural communication, training, agricultural taxation, mechanization, rural developments, etc.)
