The Global Public Service Academies were founded with an understanding that students from high school through college can make a difference in the world. All of the academies take place in the developing world formed around a educational collaboration with faculty from Duke University, Harvard University and other universities around the country. They know that working with US faculty in an international setting allows students to learn and contribute in ways that a domestic summer camp or volunteer experience can't.
GPSA is also a program that places talented high school students from around the world in poor countries to deliver healthcare. Programs include summer and fall programs to Guatemala and St Vincent and the Grenadines. GPSA has established an education collaboration with Duke University and Harvard University.
