As a Level IV trauma and Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) designated hospital, Granite Falls Health offers superior local inpatient, outpatient, emergency care, ambulance and specialty services such as surgery, radiology, mammography, obstetrics, home health, skilled nursing care center, independent senior living and hospice care to people in their surrounding community.
They are a Medicare-certified, skilled long-term care facility with a full range of rehabilitation services. Granite Ridge Place offers independent senior living with 24-hour emergency response service. This personalized care is coordinated within their facility along with patient education.
Their onsite clinic offers walk – in appointments and access to Avera specialty outreach services in Endocrinology, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, and Podiatry. They are continuing to add new services and are excited to announce the addition of Behavioral Health and Ear, Nose, and Throat services Fall 2017.
