Hansen & Ersbøll Agenda is a strategic communications agency. Owned and founded in 2010 by Lotte Hansen. Their costumers deliver solutions to society’s problems – they make sure it’s crystal clear in words and action.
Their employees are skilled in social sciences, journalism, political communication and rhetoric. Their costumer portfolio includes ministries, NGO’s assemblies and boards as well as a long line of private companies.
They do a wide range of communication solutions like public affairs, media training, campaign counselling (yes, they also do pamphlets). But setting agendas, creating strong partnerships and mobilizing is their core product. Their latest project in this arena was the incredible Women Deliver Conference
in Copenhagen 2016.
There those who spend the last three weeks before Eremitageløbet to get in shape to run the 13.3 km. Then there are those who care to keep in good shape year round. The first approach requires a huge effort - the latter requires a daily effort. The same goes for strategy development and business planning and the decisions these exercises throws up.
They have experienced how strategies, business plans and signature programs often see the light of day in a conference room on the basis of the knowledge they already have. They are questioning the approach. The result is in fact all too often that the new strategy is confusingly similar to the old and the obsolete long before the organization can react. In a changing world that demands extremely high for the organization's readiness for change and 'agility' is strategy and business planning is not an annual, three-yearly or five-yearly exercise. It is an iterative, creative, daily exercise that keeps the organization in top condition. The exercise is to be open and invite the outside world within and the organization of the meeting room - where I can create the greatest value and has most at heart.
They are your 'dating agency' for the outside world:
They create connections between your core competencies and problems of society and stakeholders. They work creatively and iteratively with your organization and act as midwives, strategic sparring partners and agents provocateurs, when you put agendas, mobilize partners and develops brands with something to say.
