High Tide Foundation connects business and education across Tees Valley to help increase awareness of career opportunities and raise aspirations for young people in the Tees Valley.

The foundation opens young people’s eyes and minds to Tees Valley’s diverse career opportunities providing real life work experience which increases understanding, improves skills, raises confidence, and builds aspirations. Through their unique industry programmes they deliver ‘meaningful’ career experiences focusing on getting young people, aged 11-19, out of the classroom into industry across a range of sectors from automotive to animation and from media to manufacturing.
