Honeyguide Foundation began in 2007 when several longtime friends decided to pull together a few thousand dollars or so to start up a tiny non-profit dedicated to a community vision for conservation at a time when few such organizations existed in Tanzania. It would come to be called Honeyguide, and, since then, the supporters have grown extensively since then and inspire and shape everything they do. Today they also have a rigorous and robust system for financial and program reporting so the old and new friends and supporters can keep track of Honeyguide’s every expenditure and action on the ground.See more
