About The Croatian Red Cross is a national Red Cross society that acts impartially and without discrimination on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, with the aim of promoting and achieving humanitarian goals and programs of general benefit. It acts as a non-profit legal entity in resolving humanitarian issues, organizing health and social programs, preparing the population for action in mass accidents and disasters, as well as in reducing and eliminating the consequences of mass accidents and disasters. 131 county, city and municipal Red Cross societies operate in the system of the Croatian Red Cross.
