Industrial Management Technology & Contracting (IMTAC) LLC, is proud to announce the successful divestment of itself as a business entity and association with the new ownership of the Sobha Group. Owned since inception by the Renaissance Services SAOG, till April 2008, when Renaissance Services made the strategic divestment of Imtac LLC and its subsidiaries to the Services & Trade/Sobha Group. This aligns us with a global multibillion dollar enterprise in Real Estate, Development, and Information Technology. We are now Imtac – a Sobha Group company.
