Publix Institute is more than an organization that operates in the consulting market. Its challenge is to generate learning for results. To this end, it integrates consulting, research, education and publications. Its team combines expertise in the public sector and in organizational consulting with academic work, blending theory and practice, with presence in notable initiatives to improve public governance and in contemporary debate. Its background in knowledge creation, transformation and results generated for clients is recorded in 20 books and more than 200 articles. The effort to generate knowledge resulted in several results-based management approaches, methodologies and tools. The Institute's portfolio of initiatives spans more than 200 organizations in the country and abroad, forming a community of thousands of participants in training, consulting, research programs and partners, who maintain close interaction and knowledge sharing through the Results-based Governance Network.
