We provide procurement services where local capacity is limited, working closely with our clients and partners while at the same time building and strengthening national capacities.IPCL organizes crash training courses, study tours for doctors and nurses including other health care workers to upgrade their capability.

Healthcare Management Services
IPCL organize and coordinate from start to finish medical value-added travel. Overseas patients undertaking such travels are provided with advisory services in terms of best available hospitals together with the specialists.

IPCL facilitates the overseas traveller to make a choice and there-after undertakes the entire coordination of the foreign travellers visit to India and then back. A team of dedicated staff is assigned for medical value-added travel.

Financial Management & Audit
IPCL provides efficient, cost-effective and value-for-money to an efficient and transparent financial management system. Specific expertise relates to supervision and our support of donor grants or loans implemented by national authorities, carry out capacity assessments in relation to financial management i.e. budgeting, expenditure reporting, reconciliation of accounts etc.

HR Management and Capacity Building
IPCL provides high quality human resource management and capacity-building services to our clients which includes government, non-governmental organizations and on request of donors. IPCL provide capacity building for project staff implement donor-funded projects, government institutions, non-governmental agencies by organizing tailor-made training courses, study tours both within and outside the country. 

Recruitment and Selection
IPCL maintains a human resource database and undertakes selection and recruitment of personnel as well as provide head-hunting services when requested. The services include preparing job descriptions, terms of reference, publishing vacancy announcement, screening and interviewing applicants and negotiating contract terms on behalf of partners.
