Khanyisa Projects is committed to the design and operation and maintenance (O&M) solutions in the water and sanitation sector which are based on sound academic research. To this end the organisation has partnered with the university of kwazulu natal’s pollution research group (PRG) on a number of projects. Many of the operation and management solutions are based on the findings of research projects undertaken by UKZN PRG.
Khanyisa Projects is committed to sound project management principles during the implementation of all its projects. This includes the setting of objectives, measurement indicators as well as resource, time and cost management. A key principle is regular concise reporting on all project progress. Khanyisa Projects makes use of technologies such as GIS and other database software to effectively manage projects.
