La Cravate Solidaire, a network of associations recognized as being of general interest, works for equal opportunities. Its objective is to fight against discrimination in hiring, particularly those related to physical appearance. Since 2012 in Paris and since 2015 throughout France, it has been supporting people in (re)integration towards the success of their professional projects.

The mission of La Cravate Solidaire is above all to enable people in precarious situations to succeed in their interviews in the best conditions. Restoring confidence and ensuring that they appropriate the codes of the company in a concrete and innovative way are part of our method. We are proud to have supported more than 18,000 people with our community of volunteers in 10 years!

La Cravate Solidaire also works to change the outlook and practices of recruiters. For volunteers from companies, supporting beneficiaries is a powerful experience that profoundly changes their outlook and questions their practices. To go even further, La Cravate Solidaire has embarked on a new adventure for its 10th anniversary: ​​Training recruiters and managers to Recruit without Discrimination, Inclusively and Committedly.Their goal is to combat discrimination in hiring, particularly that linked to physical appearance.

Their mission is, above all, to enable candidates to succeed in their interviews in the best possible conditions. In this way, they restore confidence to those who need it by allowing them to appropriate the company's codes using a concrete and innovative method. Their network of associations also takes concrete action to change the way recruiters look at and practice.

There are now more than 2,000 of them across France, investing in the association's project to give their candidates the keys to success. 2,000 giving time, advice, energy and smiles to all those who need it. Image coaches, mentors, HR coaches, volunteers in collections, in group information sessions, in sorting sessions, in forums or elsewhere, nothing stops them. Always ready to invest more and more for the greatest happiness of their candidates!
