It encourages doctors and nurses to practice, in addition to consultations and care, effective preventive actions. It facilitates the implementation of vaccination policies.
It develops preventive actions tending to the diffusion of models of behavior making it possible to avoid the development of certain diseases. It pays particular attention to the protection of the health of women, children, workers and the elderly or disabled.
