Mission

To govern the policy and exercise the administrative regulation of the Labor, Employment, and Social Security regime; overseeing compliance with current labor regulations and promoting equity to guarantee the population decent work conditions and dignified employment, training, labor insertion and social protection without discrimination, progressively eradicating all forms of exploitation, exclusion and labor discrimination, within a framework democratic and social dialogue.

Vision

To be a great public institution to encompass Paraguayan society in terms of promoting full decent productive employment as a pillar of sustained, inclusive and sustainable development, so that growth reaches the people through specialized officials who guarantee unrestricted respect and validity of the socio-labor rights; as well as the consolidation of dialogue and socio-labor agreement.
