The Mongolian State Property Committee released an order No 192 to privatize “Sergelt-Avtozam” State Enterprise, and “Intersection” Co., Ltd, which were awarded the right to privatize the state enterprise in 2002. As a consequence, “Intersection” Co., Ltd and “Sergelt-Avtozam” State Enterprise merged and the reconsultant joint resources became “MCPC” LLC and the company was established in March, 2002. Since it was established, MCPC LLC has been developing various projects which involve many partnership entities.

This cooperation was a base for establishing partnership groups working solely for big projects.

MCPC maintains close cooperation with variety of companies including “Geoset” LLC, “Geoleader” LLC for topographical measurement, “Gankhoshuu” LLC, “BIGS” LLC for geotechnical survey, “Hydro-Fountain” LLC for water facilities design and “Softway” LLC Information technology during the sustainable execution of projects. Since 2008, Mongolian Construction Project Consultants Co., Ltd has been established as a partnership group working as the head of this group of companies, and its name was changed into Mongolian Construction Project Consultants Group or MCPC gr LLC. Their company succeed connects with modern design software and programs put into at work.
