NOVEC is the result of the merger between two companies Ingema and Scet-Scom, which CDG Development is the major shareholder.
NOVEC gathers the activities of both consulting companies, the most important are:
Scet-Scom (founded in 1958): Construction, Urban Planning, Rural Engineering, Water Supply and Waste Water Treatment.
Ingéma (founded in 1973): Large infrastructures (Dams, Highways, Bridges, Harbours, Tunnels), Water, Energy and Environment resources.
With the well known expertise of these two consulting companies, NOVEC is now a first class actor in the engineering sector. It employs nearly 600 people, operating in various fields of activities.
Based in Rabat, NOVEC operates also internationally, where it ambitions to become one of the main references in Africa and the Middle East. Through the creation of NOVEC, CDG Development ambitions to endow the country with top level engineering. NOVEC will offer first class services in sectors related to sustainable territorial development, both domestically and internationally.
