Oriental Fortunes Sdn Bhd (OFSB) with a present paid-up capital of RM 1,000,000.00 was incorporated on 13 February 1986 but remained inactive until April 1999 when it was taken over by the present management team to venture into the rental and sales of a wide range of construction machineries. OFSB is a Grade G5 Contractor registered with the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) under the Civil Engineering Construction category. OFSB presently provides a wide range and of various capacities of machineries to cater for customer's requirement. With its own fleet of 150 units valued RM20 millions, OFSB now generates a monthly rental income of approximately RM1.50 millions.   History and Business OFSB is principally involved in the business of renting and trading of construction machineries including providing maintenance and related services. Majority of its rental contracts are under “Operated Rental” scheme though OFSB also deploys under “Bare Rental” scheme. OFSB involvement as a machinery-rental provider started from a small-scale owner of some used units and progressed to the supply of earth-moving equipments to Nacap-MMCE JV and Bauer (M) Sdn Bhd for the Petronas' Peninsular Gas Utilisation project (PGU) and the KTM's Rawang/Ipoh Electrified Double Tracking project respectively. Over the short period since inception, OFSB has proven to be a reliable and competent “ One-stop” construction machinery rental provider by establishing and enjoying repetitive rental contracts from an extensive clientele base. These clients are involved in a wide spectrum of activities such as quarry, sandpit, road/highway construction, earthworks, dam construction, gas pipeline, railway track construction, and gold mining and land reclamation.
