Partnership for Better Health

The Partnership for Better Health is a community foundation that works collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout parts of Cumberland, Perry, Adams and Franklin Counties to positively influence the lives of their neighbors. Through community investment, engagement and good stewardship, they foster sustainable solutions to some of today’s toughest health challenges. They are making a difference — together. The Partnership for Better Health champions and invests in ideas, initiatives and collaborations that improve the health of the people and communities in their region.   The Partnership for Better Health will serve as a catalyst, advocate and collaborator to establish health as a shared priority and to ensure that everyone has what they need for good health, making their communities among the healthiest in the nation.   The Strategic Plan for 2016 – 2019 will guide their efforts to improve the health of their communities. The Partnership for Better Health identified four strategic goals with the input of their community that will direct their efforts and investments.
