Pasifiki Services Ltd is a company established in 1998 with expertise and experience in dealing with recruitment matters. The company was established with the aim to help persons looking for employment as well as employers who need to find the right staff. Pasifiki Services Ltd had been providing recruitment services since 2007. Some of the organisations that have used Pasifiki’s recruitment services include: World Bank Solomon Islands Office, Newmont Mining, AusAID, NZ High Commission, Solomon Islands Chamber of Commerce, Oxfam and many others.
Primary Services we provide include;
1. Advertising: Pasifiki can efficiently advertise vacant positions using the best media avenues available including social media and our database of over 1000 CVs.
2.Facilitating applicants: this includes making full job information available on request and providing advice to potential applicants to ensure they provide all the information required and adhere to the application process.
3.Receiving Applications and prepare documents for the selection process.
4.Facilitate the shortlist process to ensure that it is done thoroughly and fairly.
5.Facilitate authenticity checks of the short listed candidates.
