Perkumpulan INISIATIF (National Center for Indonesia Leadership)

The INISIATIF Association was formally established on September 9, 2005. In fact, INISIATIVE activities have started since July 2000. Initially, INISIATIF activities were under the umbrella of the Indonesian Partnership on Local Governance Initiatives (IPGI), a network-based program that works to promote improved governance local governance through a partnership approach. Then, on October 29, 2002 the Initiative Foundation was formed as an effort to maintain the continuation of the IPGI program. About 3 years later, on June 19, 2005 the INITIATIVE Association was declared by Ari Nurman, Diding Sakri, Donny Setiawan, Sapei Rusin, Tatang Rustandar and Tubagus Furqon Sophani to expand and continue the work by focusing more on improving the lives of marginal groups, while at the same time accommodating more individuals who care about and have a common vision. DESTINATION To become a pioneer and national referral organization in advancing national leadership that is able to improve the lives of all children of the nation. TARGET Become a capable organization: Identifying leadership knowledge needs that can address the problem of state administration. Initiate the birth of leadership and strengthen the leadership capacity of various state and community institutions. Producing and communicating leadership knowledge that is used as a reference for national public policy formulation. Raising and directing new issues of leadership so that it becomes a national issue.
