Policy Impact Lab (PIL) is a research and consulting company helping public, private and third sector organisations to design, implement and evaluate development-oriented policies and programmes. PIL functions as a hub for skilled policy researchers, academics and research managers. Their core team currently comprises seven associates. In addition, PIL regularly collaborates with over 30 various policy experts from across the EU. Their clients to date include EU agencies, international NGOs, academic institutions and private companies.
