Public Contracts Regulation Agency (ARMP) (Senegal)

The ARMP is an independent administrative authority, endowed with financial and management autonomy.  Its headquarters are in Dakar. Regional branches can, as necessary, be created, upon deliberation by the ARMP Regulatory Council.  ARMP's mission is to regulate the public procurement system and public service delegation agreements. The purpose of this regulatory mission is to issue opinions, proposals or recommendations within the framework of the definition of policies and assistance in the development of regulations in matters of public procurement and public service delegations, to contribute information, training for all stakeholders in public procurement, development of the professional framework and assessment of the performance of stakeholders in the procurement, execution and control system for public contracts and delegations public service, to carry out investigations, to implement independent audit procedures, to sanction irregularities found,
