What motivates them and fuels their passion for work and life is contributing in a very real way towards building a better society through better thinking.
For the Rapid Context team, sociology, and social science more broadly, is far more exciting and rewarding when applying it, not when simply theorising it.
Rapid Context was founded to give people a sophisticated way to think about issues facing their organisations. They have endeavoured to make the building blocks of Rapid Context - their people, the way they work, and where and when they work - align with their lofty ambition for building a better society.
They provide organisations with high quality defensible research to meet urgent needs without compromising rigour. Using qualitative and quantitative research and analysis they assist organisations in solving sensitive and complex problems. These could be related to policy change or development, reform, culture change, or targeted issues such as leadership, workplace bullying and diversity and inclusion.
Where possible they leverage existing data sets within organisations, and where appropriate, augment this with benchmarking and empirical research.
Their experienced team of specialists analyse issues using different lenses and vantage points – not off the shelf models - to provide a more complete appreciation of the problem and develop solutions that are tailored to the specific context.
