Their Story
In 1983, Reliable Supply Chains (RSC) first opened in Crofton, MD doing business as International Procurement Agency, Inc (IPA). Originally, the company focus was providing relief supplies, development goods, and international logistics to support emergency and ongoing humanitarian aid efforts abroad. Later in 1993, the U.S. Office relocated to Canton, OH where it has remained ever since.
As the company grew and technology developed, their role evolved to further support day-to-day field office operations, which led to IT equipment topping the list of most commonly supplied items. In 2010, the company added permanent representation in Washington, DC to support the growing list of clientele located in the city, and opened an onsite warehouse at the Canton location. The onsite warehouse offers an increased level of pre-shipment services, including: inventory control, asset management, quality control inspections, consolidation, and customized export packaging.
