Renewal Care Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that supports innovative models for healthcare and social services for older adults, people with disabilities, and people living with chronic health conditions.
We advance evidence-based, holistic care through educational programs, information resources, and direct services. By developing, evaluating, and incubating new service models, Renewal Care Foundation works to help the long-term care system overcome its most pressing challenges.
Education and Training
We empower family caregivers and care professionals to provide person-centered care through education and training programs. Our professional certification programs, workshops, and other learning opportunities improve the day-to-day care of people living with health challenges.
Bridging the gap between research and practice, we promote the well-being of people living with health challenges and their care providers. We do this by making practical information on evidence-based, holistic care more accessible to everyone.
We fund, pilot, evaluate, and help scale innovative services for people living with health challenges. We focus on increasing the quality and availability of services for people with disabilities and older adults who have limited financial or social resources.
