Saga is an ICT system integration, independent software vendor and professional services company in Serbia. Saga 's e-Business department operates in software development based on Microsoft technologies, contact centre expertise, and solutions within the financial and telecommunication industries. Since 2005, Saga's e-Business department has successfully deployed numerous business-to-business solutions based on the Microsoft BizTalk Server infrastructure and appropriate accelerators. Most recently, Saga has developed the Connected Payment Factory (CPF). This is a universal framework that provides a configurable, scalable and manageable platform for many different kinds of payments including RTGS, credit transfer, direct debit, cheque clearance and securities, over different standards such as Swift, NACHA, ISO 20022, and over different physical networks including SEPA, NACHA and Swift.
