Given SIS' structure of professional services, their company is divided into two main areas: Project Management and Corporate Administration.  Both are lead by consultants whose expertise and experience ensures that projects from inception to completion are effectively and effiiciently managed together with the realisation of goals and objectives within agreed timeframes. Heather Gabriel, Managing Director, has worked for SIS Ltd since 1997, helping to design its systems and supervise  administrative staff to support all its projects.  She is responsible for all corporate administrative components of SIS' projects. Lucretia Gabriel, PhD, Director of Projects is a versatile facilitator and researcher with experience in Science, Education and Social Development.  Dr Gabriel is responsible for all components of a project. Consultants SIS Ltd maintains an extensive database of consultants which enables it to supply one or a multi-disciplinary team of consultants as required to implement Caribbean development projects. SIS is a company dedicated to developing the Caribbean by providing client-centred, context-sensitive, timely consulting services.
