System Based Audits and Organizational Evaluation
SDA evaluates existing organizational structures, identify areas for improvement and assist hands-on in the change process, all in cooperation with the organizations themselves and according to the circumstances in each particular case. To make a fair description of the current state of an organization the Team carries out an audit including personal interviews, documentation analysis and field studies.
The overall objective of a systems-based audit is to evaluate the organization's systems and routines for management and governance. The output is a report presenting the current situation and providing recommendations on how to address problems and implement change.
SDA also helps organizations manage change, which can be time consuming and difficult. Different approaches are applied depending on the organization, the culture and the leadership
