With the idea of ​​transforming the world based on inclusive and fair work, developed through union and knowledge, they created Synergia in 2005 with the purpose of leveraging social and environmental development.

Their growth reflects this spirit. Thus, in 2012, they joined the TPF Group (Third Party Financing), headquartered in Belgium and active in the areas of engineering, management and infrastructure. The group comprises 50 branches and has subsidiaries in 71 countries.

In the following year, they achieved the ISO:9001 international quality certification, related to the planning, elaboration and execution of social, urban and environmental programs. With over 15 years of experience in integrating actions aimed at planning, carrying out and managing socio-environmental projects together with our partners, they are today one of the leading consultancies in the market.
