TAS Europrojects was established in Brussels in 1993, when a group of independent professionals, after a series of successful consulting experiences in large companies and different countries, decided to better serve the consulting market by providing both public and private clients with tailored commercial, networking, technical and management assistance in the framework especially of the new programs and projects in the European Union, the Candidate Countries –Turkey and Western Balkans-, the EU Neighbourhood Countries –specially the South Mediterranean- and in general in the third countries.
Since then, TAS has developed itself as a dynamic group of professionals operating from Belgium and Washington and having partners in Spain, Italy, France, UK, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Turkey, Egypt, West Bank & Gaza, Lebanon, Pakistan, Algeria, Argentina, Mexico and India.
TAS assists its clients in important development sectors in the fields of infrastructure, urban planning, regional and local development, governance, economic modernisation and growth, as well as in the whole project cycle management such as: in project identification, proposal preparation and management of projects financed by the European Institutions (EuropeAid, EIB, EBRD) and by other multilateral organizations such as: World Bank, Interamerican Bank for Development, Asian and African Development Banks.

They assist their customers in identifying and designing projects adapted to their needs and policies after a previous strategic audit.
They provide their private clients with early information on business opportunities (call for tenders and call for proposals) selected according to the client’s strategy in order to recommend a customized action.
