This can be provided as short-term or long-term technical assistance in-country or in Washington, DC through institutional support mechanisms. Whether as part of long-term projects or short-term assignments, Panagora can provide premier support in: -Strategic planning -Assessment, design and evaluation -Integration of knowledge sharing, innovative learning and social media approaches -Capacity-building for handling donor funds and implementing the work -Organizational development and institutional strengthening -Market and best practices studies -Training and facilitation -New business development -Project implementation and close-out support, e.g., work planning, communication, M&E, close-out planning/events, turnaround/recovery     OUR EXPERTISE   The Panagora Group focuses on novel and integrated approaches to health and development. Our expertise includes:   Integrated health approaches that build sustainable country capacity through strengthening health systems across levels—national, regional, and local—while lodged in the realities of engaged communities interfacing with their neighborhood health clinics in a jointly defined community health plan   Health systems strengthening in low-resource and conflict-affected settings   Multisectoral activities that mirror the people’s lives—where health information, commodities and services are provided in an integrated and accessible manner in routine settings, whether at work, school, or family health clinics. Private sector and public-private partnership approaches that build sustainable long-term health solutions, such as: -total/local market approaches that incentivize sustainable international and national firms to manufacture and distribute health commodities -social franchising of clinics to maximize quality and cost recovery with access of the poor to services through cross-subsidization -Innovative knowledge sharing approaches to capture donor investments and lessons learned, and to promote dialogue, ownership and South-South sharing of good practices -specialized outreach to private provider networks to increase high-quality service delivery and improve business/management practices, in TB, HIV/AIDS, and FP/RH/MCH -public-private partnerships for sustainable workplace clinics for workers, their families and surrounding community workplace -support to businesses in operationalizing health-related anti-discrimination and stigma reduction laws and regulations   Community engagement through the champion collaborative approach wherein communities and health clinics join forces to reach dramatic and measurable health outcomes   NGO engagement and capacity-building to carry out technical work and manage donors funds through strategic partner grant financing mechanisms   Application of ICT (information and community technology) for knowledge-sharing, information management, health communication, and social mobilization to support health programs
