TOKYU COMMUNITY CORP was established as a Real Estate Management Company in 1970 when a rapid increased need for housing occurred because of the opening of the Den-en-toshi Line that connects Tokyo and Kanagawa, and which is operated by TOKYU CORPORATION. The corporation provides leases, and repair and comprehensive life services and is becoming a top-level business group as a general real estate Management company.
TOKYU COMMUNITY CORP was listed on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 1998 as a first for a condominium management business before being listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2000.
In October 2013, TOKYU COMMUNITY CORP established a holding company [Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation] with TOKYU LAND CORPORATION and TOKYU LIVABLE INC., upon which it was delisted due to integrating its managerial system.
