World Possible makes education accessible to parts of the world without internet by harnessing the wealth of educational resources available online.
Originally founded by Cisco employees, World Possible is a small non-profit based in California which focuses on improving education in developing nations through the use of technology.
World Possible believe access to knowledge is a fundamental human right. Through World Possible's RACHEL server, they are providing communities offline copies of the finest open source education materials available. This enables communities with access to computers, but no access to internet, an avenue by which they can have an extensive library of educational and reference materials in a pseudo-internet experience.See more
