Select is a specialist division of WorleyParsons, focused on project viability assessment and selection. It is an integral part of WorleyParsons’ global project delivery capability.
Through its focus on the critical early phases of projects, Select:

WorleyParsons’ Improve business line delivers major projects, upgrades, de-bottlenecking and maintenance projects, project portfolio management and support services to sustain assets and improve business performance of brownfield operations.
WorleyParsons’ Improve draws on the experience and capabilities of our global resources, and the knowledge accumulated from over 120 Improve alliances and long term contracts. With approximately 9,000 personnel, Improve executes more than 20,000 projects annually. With a combined capital value in excess of US$4 billion, these projects deliver an estimated value of US$6 billion per annum to our customers.
