Yasanti is based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. They strengthen women's groups through organizing, advocating, and educating.
All of their projects encompass three elements:
Education/Awareness: By educating about women’s rights and organisational structures they are able to build a base for networks to build on. They also work on literacy, public speaking and strategies for advocacy.
Organisation: By implementing structures and using strategies they are able to build their programmes. From here they can focus on community capacity building and activities.
Advocacy: They work to highlight workers issues through lobbying, publications (social media, posters), campaigns, engagement with the media, networking with other NGOs and research.
