After moving around, playing in a variety of environments, industries and roles, I have discovered what are my natural skill, the ones that I love using and I keep constantly improving.
These four pillars build the framework for my continuous growth:

Through deep analysis and critical thinking. Recognize where is the value, find trends, patterns, identify what is important and reduce the noise.
2) Communicate and synergize.
Sicking first to understand others' positions and building upon them to create lasting change. I am accountable not only for my position responsibilities but also for all the results of the team.
3) Continuous Improvement.
Redefine processes, create new tools, improve team communication and find better ways to engage with stakeholders.
4) Adaptability and passionate fast learning.
By pairing my empathy and natural curiosity together with self-discipline and resilience I leverage every situation to adjust and grow.
If you ask me what I do, I would rather not be limited by the boundaries set by a position’s name or a role definition. I choose to give my better service where there is the space to use my abilities in an engaging and meaningful project with a trustworthy team.
