• Experience of the Tanzania PFM systems • Understanding of the Central and Sub National PEFA Methods • Understanding of the the Tanzania Financial Management Information Systems. • Experience developing and Managing Monitoring and Evaluation. • Experience of the Tanzania Central and Local Government Reforms. • Expereince in Developing of various PFM working Documents and Manuals. • Strong Experience in working with Development Partners such as DFID, Irish Aid, KfW, CIDA, SIDA, EU, AfDB, JICA, Denmark, Norway, UNDP, IMF and BTC.
