I am an Humanitarian Assistance professional with experience in child protection in emergencies and program management in both field based and headquarter positions. I have comprehensive knowledge of Child Protection Minimum Standards, Core Competencies, Guiding Principles and proven capacity in competency-based training, supervision and mentoring to Child Protection Case Workers/Officers. I have demonstrable knowledge and experience using Rapid FTR, CPIMS and relevant documentation. I am familiar with key international standards for humanitarian work and value community participation, accountability and rights-based programming. I am able to analyze information, evaluate options, and think and plan strategically. I am not only able to meet targets within deadlines, but do so with high quality and a detail-oriented approach. I have strong cross-cultural communication skills and enjoy working in teams. I am able to think creatively and am an innovative problem solver. My flexibility and adaptability lend me to be successful in fast-changing and high-stress environments. I am an outgoing and high energy person, both inside and out of work and am passionate about making the world a better place for children. I am interested in continuing to build expertise in Child Protection and welcome connections with those who share this goal!
