I am experienced in social development and policy consultancy, with works for the International Organization for Migration (United Nations), mapping demands from stakeholders, producing reports and negotiating with policy makers. I have a PhD from the University of Cambridge (UK) in Development Studies, with a research on the social inclusion of migrants facing vulnerability - dialoguing with Human Rights, multiculturalism and the Capability Approach, as well as applying mixed-methods to collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data. Additionally, I have worked with project management and communication strategy for educational/cultural projects in different countries, being awarded with the TOYP (The Outstanding Young Persons) prize for young leaders promoting positive social impacts. I also gained expertise on intangible cultural heritage with my Masters' work for University Paris V - Faculté de la Sorbonne, including fieldworks analysing the impacts of humanitarian assistance and cultural projects on poverty contexts.
